We are looking for an experienced Compressed Air Service/Sales Engineer, to join our ever-expanding compressed air service team, operating out of our busy head office in Dammam city, KSA.
We pride ourselves on providing the highest levels of service and support within the industry, so a keen eye for detail and a conscientious approach will be essential.
The main duties and skill requirements are listed below; however, it is not an exhaustive list:
• To carry out routine planned maintenance on compressed air system components, predominantly compressed air dryers but experience and skills on associated equipment would be a bonus.
• To visit customers on a regular basis, to obtain equipment information, equipment status, offer and provide support and recommendations to improve equipment performance.
• To attend equipment breakdowns when they occur, diagnose faults, identify parts required and complete any repairs.
• Ability to read, interpret and communicate information contained within technical drawings and specifications.
• Help maintain ongoing good practices, to both the customer’s and company’s satisfaction.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels of interaction.
• Ability to work unsupervised and as an integral part of a team.
• Experience with the use of Microsoft word and excel.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Full clean driving license is essential.
• Time spent away from home may be necessary, on an infrequent basis.
• Excellent use and understanding of English, both spoken and written. Arabic would be a bonus but is not essential.
