Supervise the Key Accounts Department resources to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining and expand the company’s capabilities relating to pre and after sales service. Directly responsible for managing a multi-cultural team (10–15 staff) and to provide all back-line functions relevant to the Province’s needs. Achieve Key Performance Indicators as set out by the Service Desk Manager in line with International Standards of DHL Worldwide Express.

Key Account Manager.

Work with Key Account manager to communicate and implement the approved procedures for handling and resolving traces in accordance with DHL policies and country specific requirements and thereafter ensure compliance by trace staff via quality audit.
Assist Key Account manager to continuously review roster of KAD team to ensure optimal resource utilization, enhanced productivity and the most cost effective and efficient service levels for current and future customer needs.
